"Excellent team. They fixed my car's heater within 3 days whereas the other garage had it for over 2 weeks. Miss Lorraine was wonderful from the start to finish. She showed me everything step by step and explained everything that was being done. She was kind enough to show me before and after pictures of the parts so I understood the job better. They are definitely trustworthy and thank you to the rest of the team as well. It was a big bill but it took a heavy weight off my shoulders."

"Took my car for MOT - it’s needed some parts replacing to pass, but I needed it all done today. Fabrizio immediately sourced all the parts and had it ready for me to collect. "Best customer service ever! I’d never taken my car for a MOT as usually got my dad to do it up north. I was a bit nervous as knew nothing about getting my car MOT and what would happen if it failed. Lorraine was so lovely and welcoming and assured me on timings to come back. Once the car did fail she talked me through next steps and showed me clearly the damage on the front tyres. I got my front 2 tyres replaced for a cheap price and collected my car the following day. They even cleaned my car for no extra fee!!! Had no worries what’s so ever and didn’t feel silly not knowing anything as was told so clearly and kindly! Felt properly looked after!!! Cannot recommend enough!"
